FAQ 2018-03-08T19:23:59+00:00
How do I send my files? 2017-10-31T18:26:59+00:00

The ideal way to send us your files is to drop them on our FTP page >> and then email your representative to inform him.

If your file weighs less than 5MB, you can also choose to send it to your representative directly by email.

You can also visit us by making an appointment with a representative and then drop by our offices. See our coordinates here >>.

What is the ideal resolution for images? 2017-12-18T20:30:55+00:00

The ideal resolution for all your images for printing is 300 dpi (dots per inch). If you are not sure of the resolution of your images, contact your representative, he will be pleased to guide you.

RVB & CMYK colour profiles 2017-12-18T20:31:07+00:00

There are two main color profile categories: RGB (Red-Green-Blue) and CMYK (Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Black) or four-color process.

The RGB profile is used for a digitizer, a digital camera, a photographic printer and for monitors & screens (i.e. for the web).

The CMYK profile is used for inkjet printers, digital presses and offset presses. The print reference is always four-color or CMYK.

For all your printing jobs, you must provide us with CMYK color files.

What type of file should I send? 2017-12-18T20:31:16+00:00

We accept the following files:

  • High resolution PDFx.
  • JPEG, TIF – these must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi to the final format and have been flattened and converted to CMYK.
  • QuarkXpress and InDesign.

Note that for these types of files, you will also need to include the fonts and images used in your documents.

What is a PDF? 2017-12-18T20:31:25+00:00

There are a variety of PDF formats, and those that concern us are PDFs with X1a and X3 standards.

How to make a PDF? There are several virtual printers that allow you to create a PDF (including PDFMaker, PDFCreator, EdocProPDF…). But most editing software (such as InDesign and Quark XPress) have a function for creating PDFs.
